Swedish hero during the Finnish War 1808-1809

you might already guessed how...

I been working on a mini representing the all out Swedish Hero during the Finnish War 1808-1809, that was made immortal by the poem of JL Runeberg.

+20 history points to earn for all you non nordic fellows that can name him;)

This was the picture that inspired me in my build.

Drawing by Albert Edelfelt

and so some pictures of my build and tha first stages of painting, I plan to have him finished in a day or so.

  9. THAT LOOKS GREAT! I can identify most of the parts myself! It's so clean and crisp, no file markings and the paint job looks good as well! So when is your army going to be ready? BTW what are you going to use for Artillery and Crew? Regards David
