Medieval Church Finished...

At last !!!

After about 2 month of building I have finished my Medieval Church, inspired by the Harkaker church (Haraker kyrka in Swedish), Västmanland County in Sweden and also the location for the Battle at Haraker in april 1464, more about that later...  Now a bunch of pictures of the finished church.

  2. That really turned out great! I love the idea of having it still under construction. Somehow makes it come to life more than just having it being totally finished.

  8. Magnificent effort, good sir! Depicting the church "under construction" is just ingenious, the more since the 15th century saw edifices all over Europe being rebuilt. I love it!

However, I keep wondering how you store all these impressive pieces. You must have a whole shed at hand!

    Cheers, SG

  20. Excellent Michael, you really outdid yourself with this one! It may have taken a while to get it finished, but it was all worthwhile. I love all the little details, and as I said before: the idea of the church being under construction, with the scaffolding and the workers – genius.
