Longboats painted for Salute 2017 Fort Mosquito game

Here are some pictures of the Painted Longboats from Games of War, that also will be at Salute to sell their exellent boats.

One of the Longboats I have cut up in pieces and made a wrecked longboat, as the Dutch are landing I thought the Swedes at least had to blow up one of the Dutch longboats.

The rowing minis are from Dixon and the Oars are from the Model Dockyard.

  1. Excellent! Really inspired to cut one of the boats to pieces. The wreck and its crew looks fantastic. /Mattias

  2. Those look great! I'm really interested in the rules you will be using for boats in The Pikeman's Lament...I have plans for amphibious landing skirmishes in the ECW.

    FYI

I have finished a series of post culminating in some Pikeman's Lament lists for King Philip's War.

Something might be of interest to you given your Fort Mosquito scenario for Salute.
