Close-up "Foteviken 1134" at Salute 2016



During our Salute day Alan and Elaine came by and Alan had brougt his camera with a macro lense so he was kind enought to take a bunch of stunning close-up pictures of our Salute demonstartion game "Battle at Foteviken 1134".

  1. These are absolutely stunning photos, wish I could have seen this in person. What miniatures have you used? I'm looking at doing a series of games set in the Anarchy and many these look perfect

      "the Anarchy" ?

      Most of the minis used are Plastic mixed with FireForge Foot Sergeants and Gripping Beast Viking and dark Age Warriors. There are also some Conquest plastics as well as metal minis from several manufacturors, the Mounted are mostly Griping Beast and BlackTree.

    2. The Anarchy was a civil war in England between King Stephen and Empress Matilda It was fought between 1135-54 so contemporary for what you guys are doing. In fact I believe that Black Tree did some character figures for the conflict.
