I´m in the progress of building some more plastics... this time cavalry from Gripping beast and Fire Forge.
I like all 3 kits but the Gripping Beast one have the same horses that you only can build in 3 poses, no possibillity to mix body halfs, heads or tails, they are fast to asemble thought. Same legs for the minis but different bodys, arms and heads, you get a bunch of bits left over for future plastic work to and that is nice.
The Fire Forge one have hosres that you can mix body halfs, tails and heads, more posibillitys but take much longer to build, Dame legs for all minis and no extra bodys, but possible to use Gripping beast ones, Lots of arm options but the bow are are more or less in the sam possition, a bit boring. Like the head that are bold and you can choose to give them Mongol hat or a hairtail.
Well worth the money and work fine for my little project... not the middel east...
If you want to have a look at the sprues and read more about them pleas take a look at my matey Jonas blog: Fire forge mongols and Gripping beast Arabs.
Very interesting!
